Content
“Business Excellence”
The programme covers product and marketing management issues as well as investment fund sales in an international context (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, EU).

Goal
In addition to the fundamentals, participants receive detailed insights into current product, marketing and sales issues pertaining to the international fund business. They are introduced to key technical terms for the national and international fund business and become acquainted with modern product constructions. Discussion of the current business environment includes the legal framework as well as the stock exchange and interest rate situation on the market.

Prerequisite
Minimal professional background: 1 to 2 years banking, life insurance, financial or asset management experience.

Content
“Management Excellence”
The programme discusses strategic overall management in the international fund business sector. The programme covers strategic business alignment (business management und leadership), transaction and custody management (in- and outsourcing), risk management (legal & compliance), tax management, and strategic market presence (products/markets), with a focus on fund-supported asset management in an international context (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, EU).

Goal
The detailed curriculum appears in spring 2010 (see Hochschule prospectus).

Prerequisite
Completion of Certified Fund Officer IAF or certificate in International Fund Business (CIFB) as well as a minimum of 3 years banking, insurance, financial or asset consulting experience.
