Two new research studies on Design Science Research
Jan vom Brocke represents the university with two contributions at this year's DESRIST (International Conference on Design Science Research).

DESRIST was first held in 2006 in Claremont. The conference provides a platform for thought leaders in the area of design science research; i.e., research topics surrounding the design of IT artifacts, most notably methods and models. In 2010, DESRIST is organized by Robert Winter (University of St. Gallen) and thus, for the first time, takes place in Europe.

2. Workshop CC-ECM

Am Dienstag, den 9. März 2010 von 9.00-12.00 Uhr mit anschliessendem Mittagessen, findet der zweite Workshop des Competence Centers Enterprise Content Management (CC-ECM) des Instituts für Wirtschaftsinformatik statt. Presentation of Prof Jan vom Brocke on LEARNTEC

Prof Jan vom Brocke will give a presentation on "WEB 2.0: Wirklich alles "Open und Free?" Erfahrungen eines Projekts an der Deutschen Börse Berlin" at LEARNTEC (18th Leading International Trade Fair and Convention for Vocational Education, Learning and Information Technology). The venue will take place in Karlsruhe, Germany, from 2nd to 4th of February 2010.

Final presentation "HPZ-Business Process Analysis"

The Institute of Information Systems at the University of Liechtenstein and the Special Education Center (Heilpädagogisches Zentrum HPZ) have realized an innovative project. Together with 30 students of the master degree program "Business Process Engineering", the business processes of the Special Education Day School (Sonderpädagogische Tagesschule) in Schaan have been put to test.

The API Scholarships application is now open - Master of Science in Architecture
The Institute of Architecture and Planning is awarding several API Scholarships to students applying to study in the Master of Science in Architecture (MSc) course. The API Scholarships are offered to applicants who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need, regardless of nationality or background. They are offered by the Stiftung für Produkteinnovation API which supports the research and development of projects addressing sustainable construction and energy efficiency.
